Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience related to banking.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Active client portfolio in the assigned area preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/potential for the assigned branch and in strategy formulation for target attainment.
• Maintain proactive stance on industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Manage the branch’s profitability by growing business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong collaboration with partner units to enable successful cross-sells and synergies.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take action with team members to close gaps.
• Develop the sales force through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and approvals within bank guidelines.
