Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in evaluating market potential and formulating growth strategies.
• Maintain proactive stance on competition, market conditions, and external factors.
• Manage branch profitability by growing income and rationalizing expenditures.
• Develop synergy with partner units to drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions with the team.
• Coach and mentor the sales force to achieve high performance.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations within guidelines.
