Responsibilities

Assist Area Head in determining market/business potential and formulate strategies to achieve targets.
Maintain a proactive stance about industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
Manage the branch’s profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
Establish strong synergy with partner units through collaboration for cross-sells.
Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take action with the team to close gaps.
Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce results.
Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and approvals within bank guidelines.
