Qualifications

• At least 5 years strong sales experience; branch sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proactive stance against competition and market conditions to maximize opportunities.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits to expand business.
• Establishes synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to assess financial status and address needs.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products as solutions.
