Security Bank is seeking a Branch Business Manager in Metro Manila to lead branch profitability, market potential, and strategic growth. You will drive superb service, marketing and sales, and ensure efficient branch operations while partnering with units to maximize cross-sells.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking industry.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain proactive stance about competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and seize opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing income and controlling expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong cross-unit collaboration to drive successful cross-sells.
• Monitor actual performance vs targets using MIS reports and take actions to close gaps with the team.
