Responsibilities

Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and seize opportunities.
Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures.
Establish strong collaboration with partner units to drive cross-sells.
Monitor performance against targets and take action with the team to close gaps.
Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations while adhering to bank guidelines.
