Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collections activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS.
• Analyze accounts and assess client's ability to pay.
• Compute potential loan restructurings.
• Prepare and submit required reports on time.
• Verify documents for completeness, timeliness, accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service per standards.
