Responsibilities

• Achieve the collection targets for the NPL portfolio and KPIs.
• Perform collection activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, and SMS sends.
• Analyze accounts to evaluate client’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructurings.
• Prepare all required reports and submit them on time.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service per established standards.
