Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio and to oversee non-performing loans. The role requires driving a motorcycle and frequent travel within the area of operations while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, familiarity with loan collections, and excellent communication skills in the local language.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
Driving skills (motorcycle) with driver's license.
Good oral and written communication; proficient in the local dialect.
Willing to travel extensively; familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

Achieve the collection targets as well as operational targets and KPIs of the NPL portfolio assigned to them.
Perform collection activities such as redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, collection letters and SMS send-out.
Perform account analysis and evaluate the client's capability to pay.
Compute possible restructuring of loans.
Accomplish and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
Check documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients according to established standards.
