Responsibilities

• Achieve collection and KPI targets for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collection activities: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS.
• Analyze accounts and assess clients' ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructures.
• Prepare and submit reports on time.
• Verify documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service per standards.
