Responsibilities

• Achieve collection and KPI targets for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collections activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS dispatch.
• Analyze accounts and assess clients' ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructures.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports on time.
• Verify documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
