Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio. You will also monitor non-performing loans and take actions to reduce them, while delivering excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collections activities including redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS sends.
• Analyze accounts and assess client’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructuring options.
• Prepare and submit all necessary reports on time.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service according to standards.
