Job summary

RCBC in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. Willing to be assigned in Pateros, Pasig, C. Raymundo Branches and work with the Branch Manager to reach sales targets.

You will prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, maintain accurate records, and develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products. A business-related degree and knowledge of banking policies will aid success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Experience or ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong planning and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of risk controls in banking.
• Understanding of credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Graduate with a business-related degree (4 years).
• Familiarity with strategic planning, financial management and risk controls.
