Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. You will assist the Branch Manager and develop monthly and daily sales call plans to drive retail banking growth.

Based at Annapolis-Missouri Greenhills and other Ortigas Center locations, you will adapt to a sales and banking environment, apply strategic planning, and manage risk controls while handling credit evaluation and banking policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a business-related program.
• Candidate should have the ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and management is desirable.
• Familiarity with risk management controls and banking policies is a plus.
• Experience with credit evaluation and analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports; record actions accurately.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
