Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the Business Center with account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products in Makati. The role involves collaborating with branch teams and being willing to be assigned at multiple RCBC locations in Makati.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective activities to promote retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related program.
• Sales-oriented with ability to adapt to a banking environment.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis and banking policies.
• Experience with bank products and services.
• Minimum 4-year degree required.
