Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused banking professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires readiness to be assigned at the Las Piñas-Pamplona Branch and to contribute to branch-level goals.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies.
• 4-year degree in business related program.

Responsibilities
