RCBC is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the Business Center in achieving volume objectives and cross-selling YGC products. The role involves coordinating with the Branch Manager, planning sales calls, and driving market activities for retail banking offerings.

Willingness to be assigned to the Vigan Business Center is required. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and is adept at strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation within the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Experience in sales and banking environments is preferred
• Strong leadership and adaptability in dynamic settings
• Knowledge of risk management controls
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies
• Experience with account management and client relationship building
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Management
• Financial Management knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
