Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-oriented professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role is based at The Firm branches, with duties to assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and developing monthly and daily sales call plans.

You will market retail banking products, analyze performance, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Adept in strategic planning and management; knowledge of risk controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, banking policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
