Job summary

RCBC in Calamba seeks a Sales-focused professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires collaboration with the Branch Manager to meet sales goals and to develop effective retail banking activities.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, ensuring accurate recording of action plans and essential information, and you will leverage your knowledge of banking products and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any business-related program.
Sales-oriented in a banking environment; adaptable and applying learning to leadership.
Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
Working knowledge of risk management controls.
Experience in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
Knowledge of bank products and services; account management experience.

Responsibilities
