Job summary

RCBC is seeking a driven sales-oriented professional to support the Business Center's growth by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. You will work to achieve branch sales goals and assist the Branch Manager in planning and reporting.

The role requires readiness to be assigned at Visayas Avenue and to contribute to strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and demonstrates leadership, risk awareness, and knowledge of credit evaluation and banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business-related programs preferred.
• Sales and banking environment experience is highly valued.
• Ability to adapt to surroundings and apply learning as leadership tools.
• Knowledge of risk management controls is desirable.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports with accurate action-recording.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
