Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage and stimulate existing and newly hired employees.
• Promote retention through effective questioning, presentation, and coaching that enhances performance.
• Provide and manage an environment that fosters trust, learning, and performance during instruction.
• Plan and prepare for instruction using appropriate methods and materials for the mode of learning.
• Assess student learning and performance using appropriate evaluation models and tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors; coordinate training activities.
