Job summary

You will coach instructors, coordinate training activities, and assess learning using appropriate tools in a BPO setting, with on-site work at SM Fairview, Quezon City and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year work experience of the same nature and/or title in a BPO setting.
• Amenable to work on site in SM Fairview, Quezon City.
• Amenable to work on a night schedule.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication to analyze training needs.
• Knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage existing and newly hired employees.
• Promote retention through effective questioning, presentation, and feedback.
• Foster a trusting learning environment during instruction.
• Plan and prepare instruction with appropriate methods and materials.
• Assess student learning using suitable evaluation tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors and coordinate training activities.
