The role requires 1–2 years of BPO training experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Tableau. On-site work at SM Fairview or Commonwealth is expected, with night scheduling possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in training/teaching in a BPO setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to analyze and address training needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Tableau or similar data tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to existing and new employees to prepare for essential duties and tasks.
• Model company expectations by creating a welcoming environment for learners.
• Engage participants with instruction to promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials for various learning modes.
• Assess learning using appropriate evaluation models and tools.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and train newly assigned instructors.
• Coordinate training activities including operation, quality, and HR presentations.
