Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a BPO.
• On-site work in SM City Sta. Rosa required.
• Able to work graveyard or shifting schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to assess training needs.
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to existing and newly hired employees.
• Promote knowledge transfer and skill application through effective facilitation.
• Create a trusting environment that fosters learning and performance.
• Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials for various learning modes.
• Assess learner progress using appropriate evaluation tools.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and coordinate training activities.
