Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of college completed and at least 1 year of related experience in a BPO setting.
• On-site work at SM Fairview, Quezon City, and night shift availability required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to assess training needs and deliver instruction.
• Proficiency with PC applications including MS Office and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage existing and newly hired employees.
• Promote knowledge transfer and practical application of skills through coaching.
• Create a learning environment that fosters trust, learning, and performance.
• Plan and prepare instructional materials and methods for various learning modes.
• Assess learner performance using appropriate evaluation tools and models.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and coordinate training activities.
