Responsibilities

• Deliver training to existing and newly hired employees to prepare for essential duties and tasks
• Instructors promote retention through questioning, presentation, and facilitation with feedback and coaching
• Provide and manage an environment that fosters trust, learning, and performance
• Plan and prepare instruction with appropriate methods and materials for the learning mode
• Assess student learning and performance using evaluation models and tools
