AFNI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Associate Training Director for Pre-Process, Language, and Communications Training to shape workforce communication capabilities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires analytical thinking, creativity, resilience, and a growth mindset to stay aligned with evolving business needs. The candidate should be amenable to onsite work in Quezon City, be prepared for fixed night shifts, and have at least 4 years of BPO leadership experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Education, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of BPO experience in a leadership or people management role.
• Proven experience in voice, language, or communication training, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of pre-process, language, and communication training programs.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities and develop engaging training strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Quality to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor training teams, ensuring consistent delivery and professional growth.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainers and trainees, maintaining high communication standards.
• Remain composed and adaptable during challenging conversations and shifting priorities.
