Job summary

NTT Business Process Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a trainer for Voice Operations to deliver training, perform needs analysis, and develop learning materials. You will support new hire training and upskilling while partnering with Operations to meet SLA goals.

This onsite role is in Eastwood, Quezon City with a night shift. Prior experience training in health, life, or insurance in a BPO setting and strong facilitation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a trainer supporting health / life / any insurance account in a BPO / call center setup.
• Amenable to work onsite - Eastwood, Quezon City and work on a night shift sched
• Facilitation experience either face to face or virtual
