Job summary

BEAWESOME, INC. at the Davao site seeks a Product Training Specialist to equip new hires and existing agents with product knowledge, soft skills, and system proficiency from day one. You will design and deliver onboarding programs, facilitate sessions, and coach staff to improve client interactions and performance.

The role emphasizes engaging training for non-voice channels and effective use of LMS tools to ensure consistent learning experiences across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer in BPO, customer support, or contact center.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating instructional content.
• Ability to design training for non-voice channels (email, chat, ticketing).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Initial Training and Onboarding programs.
• Conduct onboarding and skills training for new and existing employees.
• Facilitate training sessions, activities, and assessments to meet learning objectives.
• Coach employees to improve communication, BPO knowledge, and client interaction skills.
• Identify training needs and implement strategies to enhance performance.
