Probe CX is seeking a passionate Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning within our operations team. The role suits someone with facilitation, coaching, and employee development experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Trainer will conduct onboarding and refresher sessions, facilitate engaging classroom and virtual programs, and help upskill the workforce. Collaboration with Operations, QA, and HR is essential to align training with business

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or related role
• BPO product training and training module design is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training programs
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations
• Create and update training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for performance improvement
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness
• Keep training documentation aligned with operational requirements
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR to support business goals and employee development
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed

• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role
• Experience in BPO product training and training module design is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Amenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
