Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a trainer in the Philippines to deliver onboarding, product updates, and soft skills workshops. You will update curricula and SOPs as client needs evolve, while running quizzes and knowledge checks to ensure readiness.

You will collaborate with QA and Operations to identify gaps and plan refresher sessions, and you will track attendance, scores, and progress dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of trainer experience in contact service, SME, or top-performing agent/coach.
• Education: College graduate.
• Skills: clear spoken communication, public speaking, active listening, and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, product updates, and soft skills workshops.
• Modify training decks, process guides, and SOPs based on client updates.
• Run quizzes, mock calls, and knowledge certifications to gauge readiness.
• Partner with QA and Operations to spot performance gaps and run refresher courses.
• Report daily attendance, scores, and training progress dashboards to management.
