Job summary

PrimeAlliance in Metro Manila seeks a Training Specialist to facilitate programs, build employees' knowledge and skills, and ensure learners meet required performance and competency standards.

You will design and update training materials, conduct engaging sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, monitor outcomes, and provide ongoing mentorship to Operations teams to raise overall performance in BPO and collections processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training within a BPO/Collection environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPO operations and collection standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and develop effective training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
