Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry.

• Experience in doing Training Needs Analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire training for customer service, sales, or support representatives.
• Deliver process and product training based on client requirements.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and evaluations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and endorsed employees.
• Support nesting and transition phases after training.
