Tavor Perry is seeking an Operations Manager in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day operations of a growing home services business. You will handle inbound calls, convert inquiries into booked jobs, manage field team scheduling, and support hiring, payroll, billing, and marketing.

A proactive, organized communicator who keeps customers and staff happy is ideal. You will coordinate with owners, take ownership of operations, and influence service quality as the business scales.

• Strong phone skills, with experience handling inbound calls and converting leads into sales.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching team members using booking or scheduling software.
• Experience processing payroll and handling billing or invoicing.

Job Summary:

A home services business lives or dies by how well it answers, schedules, and bills, and a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager will keep all three tight. You will run the day-to-day operations of our growing home services business, handling inbound calls and leads, turning inquiries into booked jobs, managing schedules for our field team, and supporting hiring, payroll, billing, and marketing.
