Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a People Services Global Hub Coordinator to provide first-level onboarding support and guidance across English and Spanish-speaking countries. The role involves processing onboarding documentation, HR system administration (SuccessFactors), and ensuring accurate data handling while aligning with company policies and SLAs.

• Strong administrative capabilities across onboarding processes.
• Proficient in intermediate-advanced Excel for data tasks and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish language is required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for English and Spanish-speaking countries within SLA.
• Answer new hire queries from employees, managers, and HR in line with policies.
• Provide onboarding documentation including offer letters and contracts.
• Set up new hires in SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Coach line managers and new hires on onboarding tools and processes.
• Handle onboarding-related data and digital records with accuracy.
