Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Philippines seeks an HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and improve HR processes across Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, and Employee Central, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

You will own 2nd/3rd level support, collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers, drive changes with release management and testing, and act as the process expert for assigned HR modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR Services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, SuccessFactors Core.
• Proven project management experience with end-to-end system rollouts.
• Business fluency in English and ability to work across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers to gather requirements for new tools or process enhancements.
• Act as POC and process expert for Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central, and related tools.
• Lead/change management activities including impact analysis, configuration changes, testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with local/regional SSC, Global PMs, and IT/external vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data alignment with all HR data consumers and IT interfaces.
• Lead or co-lead global and local HR projects and translate business requirements into specifications.
• Resolve complex issues related to user permissions, workflows, and business rules.

Job description

Join our HR Enablement & Support team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing global HR technology solutions!

You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving HR processes across Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, and Employee Central, while ensuring the effective operation of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Closely collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers in gathering and specifying requirements for implementing new tools/processes or enhancing existing ones.
• Act as POC and process expert for assigned scope modules such as Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central etc., and global HR systems/tools such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc. This also includes review and training for new processes and system/tools, and their subsequent handover to the team or other HR teams.
• Independently manage business changes in the system by running an impact analysis first and by informing affected parties, performing/coordinating configuration changes, managing testing activities and updating documentation etc. (Release Management, UAT, etc)
• Collaborate with various stakeholders from local/regional SSC, Global Project & Process Managers and IT/external vendor to align on processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure business alignment with all data consumers inside and outside HR and work closely with IT support on interface related issues.
• Project Management. Lead/co-lead in global and local HR projects for assigned areas of responsibility. Collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into clear and detailed specifications.
• Responsible for analysis and resolution for complex issues related to user permissions, workflow and business rule configurations.

About our Future Employee

• Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Services, HRIT with focus on Employee Central, Onboarding and SuccessFactors Core (Role-based Permissions, Workflow and Business Rule Configurations, etc).
• Proven project management experience, including end-to-end system rollouts and implementation initiatives.
• International experience from project work or day-to-day business.
• Business fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies, demonstrating strong cultural awareness and sensitivity in diverse environments.
• Basic understanding of compliance aspects (i.e. Data Protection regulations like GDPR in EU, Data Retention, co-determination rights, labor laws).
• Open for flexible/rotational/shifting schedule (24 hours by 5 days global support).
