Job summary

HRTX is seeking a dedicated HR Support Associate to provide first level advice and support on employee lifecycle, policies, and HR systems to the HR team, Line Managers and employees, aligning with the company’s business strategy.

You will support onboarding for English and Spanish-speaking countries, handle queries in line with SLA, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation and timely information delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setup or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Solid administrative abilities.
• Good Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Provide first level advice and support on HR transactions and policies.
• Assist onboarding for English and Spanish-speaking countries within SLA.
• Ensure queries are answered accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Maintain accuracy of information and timely documentation delivery.
