Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a People Services Global Hub Coordinator to provide first-level onboarding support across English and Spanish-speaking countries, handling HR systems, policies, and employee data.

You will work with ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors, ensure accurate documentation, respond to queries, and drive improvements in the onboarding experience for new hires and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and HR administration processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of HR policies and payroll-related rules.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Graduate qualifications in HR or business studies preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for English and Spanish-speaking countries within SLA.
• Answer new hire queries accurately and in line with policies.
• Set up onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Manage onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Set up new hires in SuccessFactors and update position data.
• Coach managers and new hires on onboarding tools.
• Provide first-line onboarding guidance via ServiceNow and HR support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
• Assist with data uploads and mass onboarding campaigns.
