Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Maersk systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and strong technical skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter Chile tasks and related duties.
• Communicate in Spanish and English with stakeholders.
• Record invoices and manage payment collection; maintain accuracy.
• Handle daily issue resolutions via email and chat; ensure service quality.
• Manage and create receipts and invoices; release cargo; validate payments.
• Prepare export/import documentation and submit to stakeholders timely.
• Train new hires on processes as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, flexibility, and productivity.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
