The role requires Spanish and English fluency, a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in BPO/shipping, and onsite work in Pasig City with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO or Shipping industry for voice/non-voice.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City; mid-shift schedule.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Interact with customers, carriers, terminal operators, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment movements and identify risks, driving corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery of customer service commitments through planning and communication.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience by addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment utilization to drive efficiency.
