Job summary

Ugnay Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist international clients in multiple languages alongside English.

You will handle inquiries, provide timely resolutions, document interactions, and escalate when needed, with night shift options and on-site work at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least one listed language with English proficiency.
• Open to Filipino citizens with language certificate or foreigners with work visa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Customer-focused and adaptable.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
