Ugnay Solutions in the Philippines is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support international clients. You will assist customers and provide quality service in your assigned language and English, working onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

Role requires fluency in at least one additional language alongside English and the ability to handle inquiries across channels with accuracy. Night shifts may be required, and ASAP start is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and another listed language (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish).
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule including night shifts.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
