A major IT services company in Taguig is seeking a Bengali Quality Analyst to monitor quality calls and performance metrics. The successful candidate will have experience or a strong aptitude for quality assurance and customer service, with the ability to speak, read, and write in Bengali. Requirements:

• Filipino that can speak, read and write the Bengali Language
• Open for a Bangladesh National that has a permanent visa in the Philippines.
• With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Monitor the performance of team members
