Job summary

Arni Medica Pvt Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Medical Disposables (OEM/Private-Label).

You will spearhead new OEM opportunities, build distributor networks, and manage RFQ cycles while coordinating with operations to ensure ISO 13485 compliance and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years' experience in medical disposables or OEM BD, with strong channel management and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years in medical disposables or OEM contract‑manufacturing BD.
• Experience in B2B/distributor channels and tender business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and OEM/private-label opportunities for disposables.
• Build and manage distributor networks and drive sales across territories.
• Manage RFQ/quotation, costing, margins, and sampling cycles for OEMs.
• Coordinate with operations on supply commitments and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Participate in exhibitions and customer meetings for business development.
• Track targets, collections, and market intelligence.
