Arni Medica Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale its Diagnostics (FIA / CLIA / IVD / POCT) and Medical Devices business across India. This leadership role drives national revenue growth, channel expansion, and high-performance sales teams.

The candidate will own PAN-India sales strategy, build distributor partnerships, and accelerate market penetration for the rapidly expanding diagnostics portfolio while working with Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Diagnostics / IVD / Medical Devices Sales, with leadership experience
• Proven ability to scale national or large regional sales teams
• Strong relationships with diagnostic labs, hospital chains, or distributors preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and execute national sales strategy for Diagnostics and Medical Devices
• Build annual operating plans, forecasts, and territory plans
• Appoint and scale distributor / channel networks
• Lead hospital, lab chain, and institutional partnerships
• Track market intelligence and ensure CRM discipline and reporting
