Arni Medica Private Limited is an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified medical device and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer based at the Medical Devices Park, Sangareddy (Hyderabad),

Telangana. We design and manufacture nephrology, infusion therapy, respiratory care and surgical disposables, and are building a full IVD diagnostics franchise spanning clinical chemistry, electrolyte/ISE, blood gas (ABG), fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) platforms — backed by Class 100K/10K cleanrooms, EtO sterilization and a CDSCO manufacturing licence (MFG/MD/2023/000942).

Role Overview

This role drives sales of medical disposables through hospitals, nursing homes, dealer networks and institutional channels in assigned territories. Senior profiles will additionally manage distributors and larger territories as Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical disposables to institutional and trade customers (hospitals, nursing homes, retail).
• Appoint and manage distributor, super-stockist and stockist relationships; manage stock levels and secondary sales.
• Drive primary and secondary sales, scheme / credit-period management and collections.
• Support tenders, GeM, rate contracts and institutional business development (CGHS / ESIC).
• Conduct customer training and product promotion; track targets, collections and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (Science / Pharmacy / Commerce); MBA an advantage for ASM level.
• Experience: 2–8 years in disposables / surgical-consumables sales — Sales Executive (2–4 yrs), ASM (4–8 yrs).

Technical Skills & Keywords
