Job summary

Arni Medica Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations in its manufacturing unit. You will manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of GST and TDS, experience with ERP/SAP and Tally, and excellent analytical and leadership skills. Prior exposure to medical device or pharma manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory.
3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/medical/pharma preferred).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and statutory filings.
Maintain accurate ledger entries and reconciliations.
Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.
