Job summary

RCBC in Metro Manila (Makati) is seeking a Teller to provide competent, timely, and error-free over-the-counter services at the Business Center. You will handle transactions accurately and greet customers professionally.

You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal bank policies, identify and help mitigate risk, and support branch objectives through excellent customer service. Willingness to be assigned to multiple RCBC locations such as BEL-AIR, AYALA, DELA ROSA, SALCEDO,

Qualifications

Customer service experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy branch setting.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk awareness.
Empathy and strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.
Ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules.
Recognize risk areas and mitigate risks by applying bank policies and procedures.
Support branch objectives through excellent customer service and service-related initiatives.
Willing to be assigned to multiple locations: BEL-AIR, AYALA, DELA ROSA, SALCEDO, STA. CRUZ, PEREA, LEGASPI VILLAGE, PASEO DE ROXAS, PIO DEL PILAR.
