China Bank Group is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation and procedures are properly completed.

You will handle day-to-day financial transactions, open/close accounts in line with SOPs, provide clear guidance on products, and deliver friendly, professional service while reporting onsite at the San Fernando-Sindalan Branch.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to report onsite
• Amenable to work in San Fernando-Sindalan Branch.
