Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and account-related inquiries.
• Verify client information and ensure documentary requirements are complete and compliant.
• Process account updates, customer information changes, and other service requests.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by providing accurate product and service information.
• Handle account documentation, records management, and transaction processing.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure smooth customer service and operational support.
• Adhere to bank policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
